Y’all, I really can’t get enough of this industry. Sometimes, it’s exhausting and so difficult. But more often than not, I work with couple that become friends. Families I’ll never forget, bridal parties I want to hang out with at an after party. I have been lucky enough to book not one but two additional weddings from bridesmaids in Holly and Michael’s Round Rock wedding last April. First Alex and Jordan, and now the incredibly endearing and adorable John and Sarah. How did I get so lucky…
John and Sarah, along with this entire gang I’ve gotten to know, attended A&M and had been dating for a few years before John popped the question during a hike at Red Bud Isle. John lives in Austin, and Sarah is moving here a few months before their wedding. We took the opportunity to run around the outskirts of downtown Austin, capturing it’s skyline, architecture, and greenery. All within a 4-6 block radius. Reinforcing why I love this city, and couples like these two who are “up for anything”.
Sarah and John are celebrating their wedding this June at Barr Mansion and it’s truly a gift to know I’ll be there to capture all the little details and moments as they unfold.
